Front Entry

Arrival, entirely rethought.

A single wood door with a narrow sidelight gave way to a custom arched iron double door. Larger lanterns, clipped topiaries in black planters, and a stone landing finish the approach.

Entry & Stairway

The stairway becomes the statement.

Floor-to-ceiling applied molding, a fresh white envelope, a new iron railing, and a bronze orb chandelier turn a plain pass-through into the home's first impression.

Living Room

One wall changes how the room reads.

Arched white built-ins and a brown marble surround came out. In their place, a floor-to-ceiling stacked stone chimney, a linear fire, walnut floating shelves on charcoal recessed panels, and dark hardwood underfoot.

Formal Living

Elevate the walls, and the room follows.

Paneled walls in deep graphite, a crystal chandelier in place of a dated pendant, and a soft layered rug give the piano a room worthy of it.

Kitchen

The kitchen steps into the light.

Cherry cabinetry, terracotta tile, and black granite gave way to a cream and black palette — glass-front uppers lit from within, a figured granite island, oversized dome pendants, and warm light under every cabinet run.

Coffee Bar

The smallest corner earns its keep.

Around the corner from the same kitchen, a dated wine rack became a working espresso bar: navy shaker drawers, white subway tile, granite picked up from the island, and floating shelves washed with concealed light.

Den & Fireplace

Sometimes the change is how a room feels.

A stronger stone fireplace focal point, layered window treatments, natural texture, and deep comfortable seating turn a once-simple den into a warm place to gather.

Powder Bath

A lasting impression, made of details.

Hexagonal stone mosaic behind a backlit round mirror, a navy vanity with brass pulls, glass pendants at either side, and warm wood floors in place of builder beige.

Guest Bath

Guest baths deserve upgrades, too.

A tub and shower curtain give way to frameless glass and a mosaic niche; shiplap, a backlit mirror, and a marble-topped black vanity make the stay feel considered.

Design Details

A single defining feature.

Custom arched double entry door in black iron and patterned glass, set in a limestone surround with lit lanterns, boxwood topiaries, and floor lanterns at dusk.
